However, the most recent diss track to explode online is from Queens NY Emcee K. Sparks. His newest track “Surgical” finds the talented emcee launching a complete verbal assault on his victim. The track is produced by Lexnour and mixed by his frequent collaborator from Paris/France Kurser. Upon first listen the intro sample is quickly recognizable from 2 Pac’s Makaveli album with the verbiage “In today’s music news. The question everybody wants to know is. Why did they get this nigger started”.

The driving bass comes in and you instantly feel the impact. Lexnours production is perfect for Sparks' delivery and vintage Queens lyricism. “Queens get the money, listen you should recollect. You rocking skinny jeans and glasses you are not a threat”. The song is aimed at the owner of a company called Four Corners Event Space based in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn New York. Sparks mentions “Pitiful can’t nobody stand you and you die within, Biblical guess I’m putting Daniel in the lion’s den”. He proceeds to continue his lyrical assault “Now gather round everybody hard for him to face this. Take a look at the Tinder Swindler for event spaces”.

K. Sparks continues to keep his foot on the neck of his victim as the hook chimes in “Ashes to ashes dust to dust we go. My whole team on the scene it’s mean I know. I keep it going mentally and we could ride out. And you’s a enemy you hide out”.

The second verse is filled with verbal haymakers for the listener to enjoy as he becomes even further surgical with his lyricism “Far from a teacher Sparks is a preacher. You the biggest L to Brooklyn since Nas dropped Ether”. He continues with precision like a verbal surgeon stating “Thrones took and I’m the King never waiting. Cuz if you’s Brooklyn we pulling up like gentrification”.

As the record progresses it is clear that there is an unpaid debt involved that may have sparked this verbal assault. Sparks raps “You said you went to Dubai and couldn’t pay that money. That you owed and tried to do a payment plan dummy. You said your girl had to go for business and they paid for her trip. So were you on a world trip or that’s your girls trip”.

This record is definitely direct, to the point, raw, and a lyrical curb stomping. Insults, real life references, and no subliminals. K. Sparks is a Queens New York legend that further cemented his legacy with this record.
